Through your incredible efforts in this challenge and from the funds you raise through sponsorship, you will make a life changing difference to many bereaved children, young people and adults who are completely overwhelmed by grief.

Cruse Scotland is the Nation's leading bereavement charity helping those during the most difficult times of their lives - but we can only do that because of heroes like you. who ensure our services remain free and accessible to all who need us.

No matter the donation amount your friends and family pop on your page, or your overall total raised - we promise to make every penny work hard to offer hope and support to those who are struggling to cope with their grief and unable to imagine life without their loved one.

• £5 provides immediate support to someone via GriefChat (instant messaging with a counsellor)
• £10 covers the costs of a one hour call to our  Bereavement Helpline
• £50 provides five packs containing arts, crafts, books and toys that helps children to open up about how they are feeling
• £100 covers the full cost of an in person, one to one bereavement counselling session for an adult desperately needing professional support.
• £300 trains a Helpline Volunteer who will go on to support 200 clients a year
• £2,477 pays for a day! Funding all our vital services for a full day across the country.
